Agreement rules, venue utilization guidelines, and booking conditions of ChandraDeep Farm Resort.

Venue Rental Agreement

Welcome to ChandraDeep Farm Resort. By paying the booking security deposit, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions governing the hire and utilization of our banquet hall, outdoor lawns, poolside deck, and farmhouse villa.


1. Booking Confirmations & Payments

A minimum of 25% of the total estimated package cost must be deposited to lock the event date. This deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining 75% payment must be cleared at least 15 days prior to the event date.

2. Decoration & Catering Rules

All decorations must be coordinated with our in-house decorators. External decorators are subject to a royalty fee and require prior written approval. Outside caterers are permitted only in designated outdoor setups with separate catering utility fees.

3. Music & Sound Control Guidelines

Pursuant to local government noise regulations, outdoor music/amplified sound must be turned off or lowered to low-volume ambient levels by 10:00 PM. Indoor sound systems within the Grand Royal Banquet Hall are permitted later, subject to government decibel regulations.

4. Property Damage & Security Deposit

A refundable damage security deposit is collected prior to the event. The cost of any damage to the lawns, chandeliers, glassware, pool deck structures, or guest suites caused by the host or event guests will be deducted from this deposit.

5. Government Compliance & Laws

Hosts are responsible for acquiring necessary licenses (e.g. liquor licenses, performance licenses) required for the event. Gambling, use of banned chemical firecrackers, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the resort premises.
