1. Security Deposit Retention
The initial booking fee / security deposit of 25% is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. It covers the administrative charges and reserving the dates exclusively for your celebration.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Date changes made more than 60 days before the scheduled date can be processed for a fee of 10% of the total booking package price, subject to date availability and price variations. Rescheduling requests inside 60 days are treated as standard cancellations.
3. Force Majeure & Special Exemptions
If the venue cannot be made available due to extreme weather warnings, government regulations, or national emergencies, we will offer alternative dates or credit vouchers. Refunds in such cases will be assessed by management.
4. Cancellation Process
All cancellation notifications must be submitted in writing by the primary host to cancellation@royalorchidsresort.com. The refund processing duration is 10 to 14 business days from the formal confirmation date.
