1. Package Pricing & Seasonal Rates
The package costs and venue rates mentioned on the website are estimated base figures and are subject to change depending on seasonal demand, national holidays, peak wedding auspicious dates (Muhurat dates), and customized decorator/catering options chosen by the client.
2. Weather Conditions & Outdoor Events
ChandraDeep Farm Resort is not responsible for weather disturbances (e.g. rain, storms, extreme temperatures) affecting outdoor celebrations scheduled on the Maharaja Lush Lawn or Poolside Deck. Hosts are advised to arrange waterproof canopy systems or utilize indoor hall alternatives (subject to availability).
3. External Vendors & Services
While we can recommend external wedding photographers, makeup artists, or choreographers, ChandraDeep Farm Resort is not liable for service discrepancies, delays, or financial agreements made directly between the client and external contractors.
4. Valet Parking & Guest Property
Valet parking services are provided as a convenience. ChandraDeep Farm Resort is not liable for vehicle damages, minor accidents, or loss of items left inside vehicles parked by valet staff or guests. Guests are urged to secure their valuable belongings.
